Originally from Cincinnati, Dr. Daniels spent 10 years as a professor at Florida A&M University before transitioning into real estate development, where he has spent the past decade actively developing projects and helping others navigate the industry. His educational background includes studies at Howard University, Florida State University, and Florida A&M University.
Beyond real estate, Dr. Daniels enjoys traveling, watching football, and sharing knowledge with others. He is passionate about teaching and finds great fulfillment in helping students gain the confidence and skills needed to succeed.

Abraham Khalil is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and practicing general dentist with a passion for helping others build long-term wealth through real estate. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida.
In addition to his clinical career, Abraham actively invests in real estate and focuses on creating systems, marketing strategies, and operational processes that help businesses grow efficiently. As a co-founder of Smart Growth Developments, he works alongside Dr. Christopher Daniels to expand real estate education opportunities, oversee business operations, and develop scalable systems that enhance the student experience.
Abraham is passionate about financial education and helping high-income professionals understand how to leverage real estate as a tool for wealth creation. Outside of work, he enjoys college football, spending time with family, and exploring new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
